<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br />FOR ROYAL HILLS IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Arden <br />Hills on February 15, 1989, HRS Construction, Ine., of Loretto, MN., has <br />satisfactorily completed the Royal Hills improvement in accordance with <br />such contract. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that <br />the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in <br />the amount of $1,199.75, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 26th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />By <br />Thomas R.
