<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR KARTH LAKE SOUTH SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the final plat for the <br />Karth Lake South Second Addition; and <br /> <br />Whereas, said plat conforms to the requirements of the zoning code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Karth Lake South Second Addition plat be and is the same is <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The front yard setback for Lot 1 be established at 60 feet, rather <br />than 40 feet. <br /> <br />2. Approval by the City Engineer of utility easements, site grading and <br />drainage easement in respect to the surface drainage from the rear of <br />Lots 3, 4 and 5. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.
