<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY SUM OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED <br />FOR LEVY YEAR 1989, PAYABLE IN 1990, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON <br />1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that the following <br />preliminary sum of money be levied for levy year 1989, payable in 1990, <br />upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills for the following <br />purposes: <br /> <br />Amount: <br /> <br />$1,286,392 <br /> <br />Purposes: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Shade Tree Disease Control <br />Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund <br />Municipal Land and Buildings <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1989, payable in 1990, for <br />Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $41,500 to $0; <br /> <br />due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient <br />funds to pay 1990 bond debt levies and the funds have been irrevocably <br />appropriated; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all further levies on this defeased issue are <br />cancelled. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />em ::;( ID= <br />By mM~ <br /> <br />Thomas R.
