<br />- ...-- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hansen <br />resolution, the reading of which <br />consent and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br />was dispensed with by unanimous <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO NEGOTIATE WITH <br />TRAMMEL CROW COMPANY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS IN NORTHEAST <br />1--694/I-35W. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recita~s. <br /> <br />1.01. The City Council has established Development District <br />No. 1 and approved and adopted a Development Program relating <br />thereto, pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statu,tes, <br />Sections 469.124 to 469.134, inclusive, as amended and <br />supplemented from time to time. <br /> <br />1.02. The City has created Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 2 and has approved and adopted the Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statut~~, Sections <br />469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended and supplemented <br />from time to time. <br /> <br />1.03. The Council has been actively promoting the <br />development and redevelopment of the property located in <br />northeast I-694/I-35W, more specifically described in Tax <br />Increment Financing District No.2 (the "Redevelopment Site"). <br /> <br />1.04. Trammel Crow Company (the "Redeveloper") has been <br />acquiring parcels in the Redevelopment Site. The Redeveloper has <br />asked the City for sufficient time to negotiate a contract with <br />the City for the development and redevelopment of the property in <br />the Redevelopment Site. <br /> <br />1 <br />
