<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING JEROME FILLA AS CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, former City Attorney James Lynden has resigned his position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arden Hills was in need of a civil attorney to represent the <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, prosecuting attorney Jerome Filla, associated with the law firm <br />of Peterson, Franke & Riach, had consented to act as acting city attorney <br />until such time as a permanent appointment could be made; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council requested proposals from interested <br />legal firms and conducted interviews with seven firms on Monday, May 15, <br />1989, at their work session; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was the concensus of the Council that Mr. Jerome Filla would <br />best serve the City's needs in the area of legal representation. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Couneil hereby <br />appoints Jerome Filla as the City Attorney for the City of Arden Hills, <br />effective May 30, 1989. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 3 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~!2~ <br /> <br />Gary R.
