<br />\ <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed and <br />certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments in <br />respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on <br />November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br />date, to be certified and filed in the Ramsey County Auditor's office on Deeember <br />30, 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed <br />by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br />sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Councils, in order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of <br />property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year <br />1971 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City Council does hereby make the <br />following apportionment of original assessments roll of September 28, 1970 and as <br />amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following described properties: <br /> <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Division No: 62072 <br /> Resolution No. 89-30 DIp No. 0063, 1943, 5777 <br /> Name of Assessment: San.
