<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-29 <br /> <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement No. W-77-5 <br />and W-78-2 as adopted August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to the <br />Ramsey County Auditor on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be eol1ected along with real estate taxes <br />commeneing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of pareels of property <br />contained within said assessment have been divided and conveyed by a <br />previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of <br />the original assessment against each original tract where it has later <br />been divided, sold or eonveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Council <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br />against each pareel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No: 62072 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 89-29 <br /> <br />nip No. 0064, 1943, 5777 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: W77-5, W78-2 <br /> <br />No: 0840, 1943, 5777 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. 21-30-23-41-0016-5 <br />B. 21-30-23-41-0017-8 <br />C. 21-30-23-41-0018-1 <br />D. 21-30-23-41-0019-4 <br />E. 21-30-23-41-0020-4 <br />F. 21-30-23-41-0021-7 <br />G. 21-30-23-41-0022-0 <br /> <br />$ - 0 - <br /> 2,709.84 <br /> 2,709.84 <br /> 2,709.84 <br /> 2,709.84 <br /> 2,709.84 <br /> 2,709.84 <br />
