CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 89-27 . RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement No. W-77-5 and W-78-2, as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; and WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Council in order that the proper assessment ean be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, against the following deseribed properties: .
