<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 89-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement No. W-77-5 <br />and W-78-2, as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to the <br />Ramsey County Auditor on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a <br />previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of <br />the original assessment against each original tract where it has later <br />been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Council <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979. against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No: 61982 <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />89-19 <br /> <br />D/P No. <br /> <br />0132/1943 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: W 77-5 & W 78-2 <br /> <br />Auditor's No: 0568/1943 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Code Number <br /> <br /> Amount <br />$ -0- <br />$ 2,898.61 <br />$ 2,898.61 <br />$ 2,898,61 <br /> <br />A. 21-30-23-31-0002-7 <br /> <br />B. 21-30-23-31-0004-3 <br /> <br />C, 21-30-23-32-0005-6 <br /> <br />D. 21-30-23-31-0006-9 <br />
