CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO, 89-17 APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 & 68-3 WHEREAS, the assessment roll Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3, as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed and certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971; and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvements Nos, 68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assessments for Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed with the Ramsey County Auditor on December 10, 1970; and WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Council in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September, 28, 1970, and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the following described properties: CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Division No: 61927 Resolution No. 89-17 Dip No. 0064 Name of Assessment: WATER 68-2 & SEWER 68-3 No: 0843 ORIGINAL (From Division Form) TOTAL ASSESSMENT A, 28-30-23-12-0001-2 (Code Number) $665.00 (Amount)
