<br />, <br /> <br />-:1It <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1989 PAY SCHEDULE FOR <br />CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, comparable worth is a mandated State law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to be in compliance <br />with this mandated law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan meets the requirements of <br />the comparable worth law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a set amount of money has been budgeted for annual <br />salary increases and the compensation plan as outlined in the salary <br />report meets the budgeted amount for 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City <br />Council that the attached compensation plan be adopted, with salary <br />increases retroactive to January 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of January, 1989. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />:;;m'4~. <br /> <br />Thomas R.
