<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 89-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO INCLUDE <br />INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT INTERSECTION <br />OF COUNTY ROAD E AND PINE TREE DRIVE <br />IN THEIR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that installation of a traffic <br />signal at the intersection of County Road E and Pine Tree Drive is <br />warranted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County does not have this installation in their <br />Capital Improvement PIan for at least the next three years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills is of the <br />opinion that said traffic signal installation should not be delayed beyond <br />1992, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City <br />Council that Ramsey County be requested to include the instal1ation of a <br />traffic signal at the intersection of County Road E and Pine Tree Drive in <br />their Capital Improvement Plan as soon as possible, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Ramsey County <br />as evidence of the City of Arden Hills' request for said traffic signal <br />installation. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council <br /> <br /> <br />;:YIi/l:89, <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas R.
