<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 88-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 as <br />last finally adopted on August 23, 1982, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 28, 1982, for the purpose <br />of including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br />estate taxes commencing in 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcel of property <br />contained with said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by <br />previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment <br />can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br />thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year <br />1983 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments <br />as contained in said assessment roll of August 23, 1982, against the <br />following described property. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-38 <br /> <br />Division No. 61784 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: Improvement ST-81-2 Dip No. 5163 <br />Auditor No. 5163 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. 27-30-23-41-0002-8 <br /> <br />$ 5,445.00 <br /> <br />B. 27-30-23-41-0003-1 <br /> <br />$ 1,375.00 <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br /> <br />1. 27-30-23-41-0020-6 <br /> <br />$ 3,410.00 <br /> <br />2. 27-30-23-41-0021-9 <br /> <br />$ 3,410.00 <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 028' <br /> <br />day of ~/l7Jf/l, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ /1 /1vi;Jbl <br /> <br />Gary R.
