<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. <br />14, as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and certified <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey county on November 6, 1970, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br />estate taxes commencing in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and <br />conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where <br />it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1970 against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Resolution No. 88-37 <br />Name of Assessment: Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No. 14 <br /> <br />Division No: <br />DiP No. <br />Auditor's No: <br /> <br />DD061727 <br />0066 <br />0862 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />A. 28-30-23-32-0021-14 <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br />$ 255.03 <br /> <br />$ 1,066.97 <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />28-30-23-32-0022-7 <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />1. 28-30-23-32-0023-0 <br /> <br />1,066.97 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />28-30-23-32-0024-3 <br /> <br />255.03 <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 28th day of November <br /> <br />, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />A nf~~( )~/4-c--Y'-- <br /> <br />Robert L.
