<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-36 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-] <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 <br />and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey county on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in <br />1971; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments in <br />respect to Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 was held on <br />November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assessments for Consolidated Water <br />Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of <br />said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County, on December 10, 1970; and <br />WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed <br />by a previous property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br />divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be <br />collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of <br />make the following apportionment of original <br />1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, <br />properties: <br /> <br />the City of <br />assessments <br />against the <br /> <br />Arden Hills does hereby <br />roll of September 28, <br />following described <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Resolution No. 88-36 <br />Name of Assessment: Consolidated Water <br />Improvement Nos. 68-2 & 68-] <br /> <br />Division No: <br />Dip No. <br />Auditor's No: <br /> <br />DD061727 <br />0064 <br />0843 <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />28-30-23-32-0022-7 <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br />$ 252.52 <br /> <br />$ 1,056.48 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />A. 28-30-23-32-0021-4 <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />1. 28-30-23-32-0023-0 <br /> <br />28-30-23-32-0024-3 <br /> <br />1,056.48 <br />252.52 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 28th day of November <br /> <br />, 1988. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fikMJR~ <br /> <br />Gary R.
