<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED <br />FOR LEVY YEAR 1988, PAYABLE IN 1989, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON <br />1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, County <br />of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year 1988, <br />payable in 1989, upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills, for <br />the following purposes: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Shade Tree Disease Control <br />Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund <br />Municipal Land and Buildings <br /> <br />$ 1,065,504 <br />2,000 <br />139,750 <br />60,000 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the tax levy for 1988, payable in <br />1989, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows: <br /> <br />1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $41,900 to 0; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient <br />funds to pay 1989 bond installments and the funds have been irrevocably <br />appropriated. <br /> <br />1988. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 10th day of October <br /> <br />R~~J~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
