<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-78-3 as <br />finally adopted on August 30, 1980 was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on August 29, 1980, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a <br />previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where <br />it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1981 and <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 18, 1980, against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No: 61529 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 88-27 <br /> <br />DiP No. <br /> <br />5079 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: SS-W-P78-3 <br /> <br />Auditor's No: 5079 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />22-30-23-13-0041-5 <br />(Code Number) <br /> <br />$19,481. 42 <br />(Amount) <br />
