<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 as last <br />finally adopted on August 23, 1982, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey county on September 28, 1982, for the purpose of <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a <br />previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the' County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where <br />it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1983 and <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 23, 1982, against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No: <br /> <br />61519 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 88-26 <br /> <br />D/P No. <br /> <br />5163 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: <br /> <br />Improvement No. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />Auditor's No: 5163 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />27-30-23-14-0006-4 <br />(Code Number) <br /> <br />$8,057.51 <br />(Amount) <br />
