<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-22 <br /> <br />REQUESTING MN DOT TO INSTALL SEMAPHORE <br />AT STH 96 AND HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the traffic on STH 96 met the warrants for a semaphore <br />at STH 96 and Hamline Avenue several years ago; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, traffic has increased substantially in recent years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is extremely dangerous to make left turns at the <br />intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDot has advised that this intersection is 41st on the <br />priority list for a semaphore, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED the City of Arden Hills <br />requests that a semaphore be installed at the intersection of STH 96 and <br />Hamline Avenue in 1988. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 27th day of June 1988. <br /> <br />,,"'~l <br />) " !{;,.. ,;?;// <br />,i"., /...{;../'\,,/. /_, <br />'" /-" ,-' '?".-.' ..- ~/ <br /> <br />/' <br />,'-:~->cY<:'-'C/;~f~----- <br /> <br />Robert L.
