<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-121\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />[PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN] <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City Council of Arden Hills <br />has determined it necessary and expedient to enter into a long-range <br />Pavement Management Plan to protect the infrastructure of the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has budgeted the necessary funds, of <br />$100,000.00 including engineering costs, for the 1988 program, incorporating <br />sealcoating and overlaying of certain streets as proposed and recommended by <br />the City's engineers, SEH, at the Council meeting of April 11, 1988: <br /> <br />1988 Sealcoat: <br /> <br />Glenpaul Avenue <br />Portion of Edgewater Avenue <br />Portion of Jerrold Avenue <br />Prior Avenue <br />Ingerson Court <br />Glenarden Court <br />Portion of Ridgewood Court <br />Arden Oaks Drive <br />Arden Oaks Court <br />Pine Tree Drive <br /> <br />1988 Overlay: <br /> <br />Noble Road <br />West Edgewater Avenue <br />Portion of Edgewood Road <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed by the Council, <br />in accordance with the recommendations of its engineers. <br /> <br />2. SEH, its engineers, is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br />of such improvement. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this lIth day of April, 1988. <br /> <br />Robert L.
