<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION URGING FORMATION OF A RAMSEY COUNTY PARK BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parks and open spaces are needed in Ramsey <br />County, the most densely populated county in the State of Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could increase public <br />and financial support for these parks and open spaces; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could increase the <br />coordination and cooperation between the County and City park systems <br />through Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could establish long <br />range policies for these parks and open spaces; <br /> <br />NOW, <br />Arden Hills that <br />pursue the idea of <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />the members of the Ramsey County Charter Commission <br />forming a Ramsey County Park Board. <br /> <br />Adopted <br />December, 1987. <br /> <br />by the Arden Hills Council this 14th day of <br /> <br /><<1rf:1Rz~ ~0,,~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
