<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER AVAILABILITY <br />CHARGE (SAC) AND ABOLISHING RESOLUTION NO. 87-26 <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1988 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be <br />established by resolution from time to time adopted by the City <br />Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br />has acted to increase the SAC rate for communities that have <br />interceptors, from $525.00 to $550.00, effective January 1, <br />1988; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a sewer <br />availability charge of $550.00 is hereby established; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fee shall <br />be effective as of January 1, 1988. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th <br />day of December, 1987. <br /> <br />j( ~/C>I/~"/ /"7'7"/~~.__..../ <br />Robert L.
