<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(/ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES <br />FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Code, Section 5-59, provides that <br />impoundment fees are to be established by Resolution, and, <br /> <br />Hills <br />animal <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Animal Pound Agreement between the City of Arden <br />and Brighton Veterinary Hospital establishes additional charges for <br />control; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following charges are <br />hereby established: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br /> <br />$10.00 per animal for pick up. <br />$ 5.00 per day for boarding dogs. <br />$ 4.00 per day for boarding cats. <br />$ 5.00 per day for isolating dogs. <br />$ 4.0U per day for isolating cats. <br />$14.00 per animal weighing up to 39 Ibs., delivered <br />by the City, to be destroyed in a proper and humane manner. <br />$17.00 per animal weighing 40 Ibs. or more, delivered <br />by the City to be destroyed in a proper and humane manner. <br />$11.00 per animal to dispose of dead animals delivered <br />by the City. <br />Owner of claimed animals will pay 100% of medical charges. <br />$75.00 per month for administration fee. <br />Shots/Vaccination Charges: <br />a) $13.00 for Rabies shots. <br />b) $ 6.00 for Distemper/Hepatitis shots; $1.35 without <br />owner. <br />c) Parva Virus Vaccination for claimed dogs $1.00. <br />d) Parva Virus Vaccination for unclaimed dogs $.50. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Certificate of Insurance, for <br />limits set forth in the Animal Pound Contract, shall be submitted to the <br />City annually; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution supercedes Resolution <br />Nos. 80-6, 80-8, 81-42 and 85-6; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be effective as <br />of November 1, 1987. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Passed by the <br />October, 1987. <br /> <br />26th day <br /> <br />Arden <br /> <br />Hills <br /> <br />Council on this <br /> <br />~4{!!~Y~ <br /> <br />Nancy Hansen, Acting Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />\ <br />Il.. ~. <br />, <br />
