<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87- 64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 68-1 as last finally <br />adopted on October 6, 1969 for the purpose of including installments thereof to <br />be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br />said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requries that apportionment of <br />the original assessment against each original tract where is has later been <br />divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />in order that the property assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected <br />in the year 1970 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said <br />assessment roll of October 6, 1969 against the following described properties: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- <br /> <br />DIVISION NO. 60805 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: Water Improvement No. 68-1 <br /> <br />Auditors No. 0735 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. 33-30-23-11-0002-2 <br />(Code Number) <br /> <br />$ 245.00 <br />(Amount) <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />(From DIvision Form) <br /> <br />I. 33-30-23-11-0035-2 <br /> <br />$ 122.50 <br /> <br />2. 33-30-23-11-0036-5 <br /> <br />$ 122.50 <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 28th day of September <br /> <br />19 87 . <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />Ii /~~jg;/ZI//~"/~'kM <br /> <br />'Robert L.
