<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESPTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-56 <br /> <br />COMMENDING DONALD R. LAMB <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Don Lamb was appointed by Mayor Crepeau as Arden Hills' <br /> <br />Treasurer on May 12. 1975, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in his years as Treasurer, Don has ensured the financial <br /> <br />health of the City by judicious investments and constant, careful scrutiny of <br /> <br />all expenditures, <br /> <br />and conscientously labored to keep tax rates at the lowest <br /> <br />possible level, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the pursuit of these objectives, he has faithfully <br /> <br />attended all Finance Committee meetings and contributed his expertise to their <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />deliberations, and attended all Council meetings in their entirety, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br /> <br />Council, on behalf of itself and all the citizens of Arden Hills, expresses its <br /> <br />sincere gratitude and thanks for these years of service, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council extends its best wishes <br /> <br />to Don in his retirement as he continues his many volunteer activities in the <br /> <br />community. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of August, <br /> <br />1987. <br /> <br />/d'~.JA-~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
