<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE <br />MINNESOTA PAY EQUITY STATUTI' OF 1984 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is desirous of implementing <br /> <br /> <br />the Minnesota Pay Equity Statute of 1984, in both spirit and substance; <br /> <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, research and analysis of data available has resulted <br /> <br /> <br />in a recommendation for implementation of a program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of the recommendation will have the effect <br /> <br /> <br />of bringing Arden Hills into compliance with the Pay Equity Statute; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the recommendation will move the City toward a uniform <br />system of salary administration; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden <br /> <br /> <br />Hills accepts the proposed recommendation in concept, while reserving the <br /> <br /> <br />right to adjust it as deemed necessary, as long as adjustments maintain <br /> <br /> <br />standards dictated by the Pay Equity Statute. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />27th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 19 87 . <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />I? d~/~~44<.- <br /> <br />Robert L.
