<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-39 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-86-1 <br />(NORTHWOODS) DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-86-1 (Northwoods) relates <br />to the improvement of the west 815 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of <br />Section 27 T 30 R. 23 situated in the County of Ramsey and City of Arden <br />Hills including installation of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and <br />services, storm sewer, street construction with concrete curb and gutter, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area previously described <br />and the City Engineer has determined that the contract price for said <br />improvement is $267,562.00, and the other expenses incurred or to be <br />incurred in the making of said improvement will be $71,621.00, so that the <br />total cost of the improvement will be $339,183:00 and of this cost, the <br />City will pay nothing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $339,183.00. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk Administrator, together with the assistance of <br />the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount <br />to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece <br />or parcel of land as provided by law. She shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessment in her office for public inspection. The Clerk <br />Administrator may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing <br />Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed <br />assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />4.
