<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 28, 1970, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br />estate taxes commencing in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments <br />in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements No. 12 and 13 was held <br />on November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br />date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, on December 30, 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed <br />by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it <br />has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br />County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in <br />said assessment roll of September 28, 1970, and as amended as of November 30, <br />1970, against the following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No. DA060671 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-35 <br /> <br />Dip No. <br /> <br />0063; 1943 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: SWR 12 & 13 <br /> <br />Auditor's No: 0840; 1943 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. 21-30-23-11-0003-2 <br />(Code Number) <br /> <br />$ 28,641. 75 <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />1. 21-30-23-11-0005-8 <br />(Code Number) <br /> <br />$ 23,323.15 <br />(Amount) <br /> <br />2. 21-30-23-11-0006-1 <br /> <br />$ 5,318.60 <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this 13th day of July, 1987. <br /> <br />I{;L/~)~~f' <br /> <br />Robert L.
