<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement W-77-5 <br />and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br />conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where <br />it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Division No.: DA060671 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-34 <br /> <br />DIP No.: 0063; 1943 <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: W-77-5W-78-2 <br /> <br />Auditor's No.: 0840; 1943 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />(From Division Form) <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. 21-30-23-11-0003-2 <br /> <br />$ 37,149.15 <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />(From Division Form) <br />1. 21-30-23-11-0005-8 <br /> <br />$ 24,785.67 - <br />$ 12,363.48 <br /> <br />2. 21-30-23-11-0006-1 <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this 13th day of July, <br /> <br />1987. <br /> <br />K jtk~1lrdA~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
