<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-30 <br />RESOLUTION REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER <br />CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has <br />determined that permit fees shall be established by resolution adopted by the <br />City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average costs to the <br />City to process applications and compared charges in neighboring cities, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 81-24 is <br /> <br />repealed, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the permit fees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Permit <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Final Plat <br />Lot Split/Minor Subdivision <br />Rezoning <br />Variance <br />Special Use Permit <br />Amended Special Use Permit <br />Planned Unit Development <br />Site Plan Review <br />Apportionment of Assessments <br /> <br />$150 + $15.00 per lot <br />Included in Fee for Prel.
