<br />RESOLUTION REVISING FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS, RE-INSPECTIONS
<br />AND MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
<br />AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 217, AND ABOLISHING
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-56
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be established by
<br />resolution from time to time adopted by the City Council, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended adoption of the
<br />1985 Uniform Building Code building permit fees, Table No.3-A.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees are
<br />hereby established:

<br />$15,00 for the first $500.00 plus $2.00

<br />$9.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or
<br />fraction thereof, to and including
