<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES <br />EFFECTIVE JULY I, 1987 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City sewer utility rates have not been increased <br />since October I, 1981, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the utility rate <br />structure and has recommended that the Arden Hills City Council increase <br />sewer utility rates, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that the rate <br />increase is primarily due to the increase in Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission charges, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1, 1987, <br />sewer utility rates be revised as follows: <br /> <br />Class of User Old Rate New Rate <br />.
