<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-17 <br />RESOLUTION HONORING DALE HICKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dale Hicks was appointed to the Arden Hills Council <br /> <br />on February 8, 1982, to fill the unexpired team of James Wingert, was <br /> <br />elected to the Council on November 2, 1982, and re-elected on November 4, <br /> <br />1986, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dale Hicks has resigned his Council position since <br /> <br />he will be working with a project in Morocco for the University of <br /> <br />~ Minnesota for two years, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dale's service on the Council has been <br /> <br />characterized by fairness, careful consideration of all issues, and <br /> <br />openness which has earned the respect of residents and staff equally; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills <br /> <br />L_L_'~ _~ ~~__1~ __~ ~l' ~~~ n~~4~cn~ ^~ A~~an H~11~_ <br /> <br />. <br />
