<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HI LLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF COUNTY ROAD D, FROM FAIRVIEW <br />AVENUE TO INTERSTATE 35W, FROM <br />COLLECTOR TO MINOR ARTERIAL STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fairview Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to <br />County Road D, County Road D, from 1-35W to Fairview Avenue <br />and County Road B-2 (including portions of St. Croix Street <br />and Termi na I Road) from T.J. 280 to Lexington Avenue are <br />currently classified as collector and local roads; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the characteristics of these sections of <br />roads are more suitable to the functional classification of <br />mi nor arteri a I; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci I <br />of Arden Hi I Is supports the change in functional classification <br />of these roads within the City of Arden Hi lis jurisdiction to <br />minor arterial, subject to the change not affecting normal <br />improvement assessment costs to the City of Arden Hi lis. <br /> <br />.
