<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-05 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1997 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be <br />established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff provided several revisions to the fee schedule to the City Council at its <br />August 19, 1996 Worksession meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would <br />recommend that several of these fees be revised for 1997; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that <br />the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br /> <br />(See Attachment A) <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January I, 1997. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 2ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DRl,(N~~ ADMINISTRATOR <br />
