HIGHWAY 96 WITHIN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey County have planned the improvement ofT.H. <br />Highway 96 from Lexington Avenue to Interstate 35W and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on the street and the <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />shall ban parking of motor vehicles on both sides ofT.H.
