<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 97-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1997 STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills ordered the <br />making of the 1997 Street Improvements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans and <br />specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 1997 Street <br />Improvements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the 1997 Street Improvements might consist <br />of three distinct levels of street reconstruction, rehabilitation, or maintenance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction, including <br />pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction, concrete curb and gutter <br />construction, paving, and restoration shall be established at $37.96 per assessable foot of <br />frontage, as per the City's assessment policy. <br /> <br />2, The residential property assessment rate for pavement rehabilitation in the form of <br />bituminous reclamation, including pavement removal, compaction, paving, and restoration <br />shall be established at $23.71 per assessable foot of frontage, as per the City's assessment <br />policy, <br /> <br />3.
