<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-14(b) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 97-14, FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />RESULTING FROM ACTUAL IMPROVEMENT FOOT AGE MEASUREMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 31,1997, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-14 <br />which levied special assessments against various parcels within the City as a <br />result of a road improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No. 97-14 is attached as <br />Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 97-14, Ms. Amy Tolbert, who is the <br />owner of Parcel No.5 (97RECON5YR, page 5 of 6; PIN No.: 22-30-23-23-0021- <br />0) informally appealed the special assessment levy on the basis that the percentage <br />of the improvement related to the Colleen Avenue reconstruction was overstated; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now measured actual improvement footages and wishes to amend the <br />assessment roll to reflect the result of such measurement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council hereby requests <br />and authorizes the Ramsey County Auditor to revise the assessment roll adopted by Resolution <br />97-14 by amending the amount of the initial assessment against the Amy Tolbert property (PIN <br />No.: 22-30-23-23-0021-0) to read $870.89. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 28TH DAY OF JULY, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~:f <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITS INGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />(i(i <br />I . <br /> <br />I" <br />
