<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 96-36, <br />FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL RESULTING FROM SETTLEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 28,1996, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Resolution No. 96-36 <br />which levied special assessments against various parcels within the City as a result of a road <br />improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of Resolution No. 96-36 and the special assessment roll adopted by such <br />Resolution is attached as Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 96-36, Leroy Albjerg and Bernice <br />Albjerg, who are the owners of Parcel No.4 (PIN No.: 28-30-23-44-0042) appealed the levy of <br />the special assessment to the Ramsey County District Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Parcel No.4 intend to pay the 1997 special assessment installment as <br />originally levied, along with their 1997 real estate taxes; and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now resolved the appeal filed by the owners of Parcel No.4 and <br />wishes to amend the assessment roll originally adopted by Resolution No. 96-36 to reflect the <br />result of such settlement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby requests and authorizes the County auditor to <br />amend the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No. 96-36 as it relates to Parcel No.4, <br />PIN No.: 28-30-23-44-0042, Albjerg, so that it reflects that the principal amount due and <br />payable after payment of the 1997 special assessment installment is in the amount of <br />$195.08, and that such amended amount be spread over the remaining term of the <br />assessment roll together with accrued interest thereon. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T <br />THIS 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />· nRl~TY ADMIh1SlRATOR <br />
