<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-20 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />IN THE GATEWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating, or maintaining streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must first secure a feasibility study in order to consider making <br />the improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has expressed a desire to redevelop the Gateway Business <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the reconstruction of Highway 96 by Ramsey County, and the <br />current/proposed development within the Gateway Business District, the Council finds the need <br />for a feasibility report addressing the relocation and reconstruction of streets and utilities. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That this matter shall be referred to MSA, Consulting Engineers, who is requested to <br />provide to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible, whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THIS 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 1997. <br /> <br />F ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />~.. /;/ /-, <br />~/,/ ;/-/ <br />.....''.- ,l--- ;' .,' <br />,/// .~-/ +'J- ," <br />> ~_/,.
