<br />, <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DISESTABLISHING AND ESTABLISHING <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey and the City of Arden Hills have authorized the <br />transfer of roadway jurisdiction between Ramsey County and the City of Arden Hills under the <br />1991 Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Snelling Avenue from TH 51 to County Road E has been transferred to City <br />of Arden Hills' jurisdiction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road F from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue has been <br />transferred to Ramsey County's jurisdiction; and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the streets <br />hereinafter described should be either designated or undesignated as Municipal State Aid streets, <br />as described herein; and, under the provisions of Minnesota Law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the road described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Approximately 0.44 miles of County Road F between Hamline Avenue and Lexington <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />be disestablished as a Municipal State Aid street of said City subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the <br />roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Approximately 0.86 miles of Snelling Avenue from TH 51 to County Road E <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid streets of said City <br />subject to the approval of the commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fJ ~':->/;,'5"9"'" ~.i'" ',-,' "":.,1"";' <br /> <br />520/043-0606.may <br />
