W-78-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-78-5 as last finally adopted on <br />July 30, 1979, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on August 30, <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment <br />roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original <br />assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1980 and thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that it does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of July 30, 1979, against the following described property. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />DIVISION NO.
