ST-81-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 as last finally adopted on August <br />23, 1982, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 28, <br />1982, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment <br />roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original <br />assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1980 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that it does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of August 23, 1982, against the following described property, <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />DIVISION NO. <br /> <br />DA 065837 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-26 <br /> <br />DIP NO, <br /> <br />5163 <br /> <br />NAME OF ASSESSMENT ST-81-2 <br /> <br />AUDITOR NO. <br /> <br />5163 <br /> <br />OLD PIN NUMBER <br /> <br />TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />$47.881.98 <br /> <br />22-30-23-41-0008-1 <br /> <br />,,(\r(\ <br />\'i:\;t):.~ '. <br />V'i) ~ <br />
