<br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 97-28 <br /> <br />Page Three <br /> <br />May 27,1997 <br /> <br />3.02 The staff ofthe City, the City's advisors and legal counsel are authorized and <br />directed to proceed with the implementation of the Modifications and to negotiate, <br />draft, prepare and present to this Council for its consideration all further plans, <br />resolutions, documents and contracts necessary for this purpose. <br /> <br />3.03 The staff of the City are authorized to file the Modifications with the State <br />Department of Revenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Aplikowski , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Aplikowski, Hicks, Keirn, Malone and Probst <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 27TH DAY OF MAY, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />
