<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE GATEWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the City Council on April 14, 1997 has been <br />prepared with reference to the Gateway Business District Utility Improvements and the <br />Fourteenth Street NE Street Improvements, and was received by the City Council on May 19, <br />1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report and subsequent City staff evaluations have resulted in the <br />recommendation that the proposed improvement is necessary, technically, and economically <br />feasible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the information presented within the <br />Feasibility Report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The City Council will consider the 1997 Phase of the improvement as described in <br />the Feasibility Report and the possible assessment of the property abutting this <br />proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the <br />improvement of$I,195,200. <br /> <br />2. Howard R. GreenlMSA Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
