<br />........ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL PERFORMANCE AID <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.D5, provide for Local Performance Aid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to qualifY for this aid, the City must develop a system of performance <br />measures in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.05; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City can qualify for aid in 1998 by having a program-specific system of <br />performance measures in place; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City would propose that the City's allocated cost of Ramsey County Contract <br />Cities D,A.R.E, Program be partially funded by Local Performance Aid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills would like to qualifY for Local Performance Aid. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the City intends to fund its portion of the Ramsey County D.A.R.E, Program <br />with Local Performance Aid, and will develop and implement a system of performance measures <br />for this specific program; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City supports the completion of the Certificate of <br />Local Performance Measures for Local Performance Aid Payable in 1998 and this document be <br />forwarded to the appropriate state agency. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF E CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ON THIS 30TH DAY OF JUNE, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />bff <br /> <br /><- <br />BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
