<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH <br />SIDES OF RED FOX ROAD EXTENDING 300 FEET EAST <br />FROM THE HIGHWAY 51 SERVICE ROAD <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has been requested by abutting property owners to provide <br />"No Parking" restrictions on a portion of Red Fox Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Public Safety Commission has reviewed this request and said area, and <br />has determined that Red Fox Road does not provide adequate width for parking and impedes the <br />safe movement of truck traffic; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />shall provide for parking restrictions at all times by the banning of motor vehicle parking on both <br />sides of Red Fox Road from the Highway 51 service road, extending east for three hundred feet <br />(300'). <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 14TH DAY OF JULY, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />BR1AN~~ ADW>USTRATOR <br /> <br />M:\USERS\SHEILA ICOUNCILlRESOLUT\97 - J4.RES <br /> <br />(;" <br />
