<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating, or maintaining streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to <br />consider making the improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following sections of roadway: <br />West Round Lake Road between Highway 96 and 13th Street N.E.; <br />Stowe Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and New Brighton Road; <br />Edgewater Avenue between New Brighton Road and 310 feet west of Prior Avenue; <br />Indian Place from County Road E to the south dead end cul-de-sac; <br />Fairview Avenue between County Road F and Gramsie Road; <br />Valcntine Court from Valentine Avenue to the south dead end cul-de-sac; <br />North Hamline Avenue from County Road F to north dead end; <br />North Snelling Avenue from Arden Place to the north dead end cul-de-sac; <br />Thom Drive between Cleveland Avenue and New Brighton Road; <br />Edgewater Avenue from 310 feet west of Prior Avenue west to dead end cul-de-sac; <br />G1enpaul A venue between New Brighton Road and Cleveland Avenue; <br />Sandeen Road between Lake Johanna Boulevard and Lake Johanna Boulevard; <br />Lake Lane from Lake Johanna Boulevard west to dead end; <br />Glenhill Road between Highway 51 and Asbury Avenue; <br />Crystal Avenue between Fairview Avenue and County Road F; <br />Dellview Avenue from Crystal Avenue to Gramsie Road; <br />Norma Circle from West Floral Drive to south dead end cul-de-sac; <br />Gale Circle from West Floral Drive to south dead end cul-de-sac; <br />James Circle from West Floral Drive to south dead end cul-de-sac; <br />Dunlap Street between Red Fox Road and Grey Fox Road; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />[ { <br /> <br />
