<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF THE CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />FOURTEENTH STREET NE ROAD AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Resolution, competitive bids were solicited and received for the <br />Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility project as set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto <br />and incorporated berein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the <br />bidders and determined that Lametti and Sons, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of <br />the City, such contract with Lametti and Sons, as is approved by the City Attorney for the <br />completion of the Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility Improvement Project according <br />to the approved plans and specifications designated by City Resolution. <br /> <br />2.
