<br />./ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH RAMSEY COUNTY TO ESTABLISH <br />COUNTY ROAD F AS A COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1991 Minnesota Legislature established a Ramsey County Local Government <br />Services Study Commission to "report on the advantages and disadvantages of sharing, <br />cooperating, restructuring, or consolidating..." activities in areas of public service including <br />public works; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consolidation plan provides for reclassification of roadways and corresponding <br />changes in jurisdiction including the transfer of local and State Aid roadways between the <br />County and municipalities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Establishment of "County State Aid Highway" status may be accomplished by <br />resolution of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />162.02; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt Resolution 97-243 on June <br />24,1997, locating, establishing, designating and numbering CSAH 12 (County Road F) from <br />Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue as part of the County State Aid Highway system of <br />Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said resolution locates and establishes the subject County State Aid Highway <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made part thereof, locating and establishing the above County State Aid Highway within the <br />City limits is in all things approved. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />14TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN~ITY ADMINISTRAlOR <br /> <br />CC /])S loj\Gi"")-} <br />'r\ 'I/~ <br />C~~' ~~ \,")!":;,:j;""; 0- ~"-0 <br />/ t. <br />
